SCUBAPIX INSIGHT: "The Sola 1200 builds on the very popular and sucessful Sola Photo 600, with twice the lumens of power! This gives you enough light to use as a video light with a clean even flood. It also still retains it's built-in red light mode for stills focusing without scaring the critters. Together with it's simplicity and factory-sealed robustness, the Sola Photo is the new standard in focus lights."

Simply the best. ½ the size of the competition producing more light than any focus light in its price range. Its wide flood doubles as a general video light for the new class of camera with video capability and the red light lets you sneak up the sealife.
Sola Photo 1200 lights have a factory sealed body with no penetrations, so you never need to worry. Control is accomplished through an easy tap magnetic slider on the body.
Slide forward or back to turn on. Hold forward or back for 2 seconds to turn off. Rotate 90° to lock. Three indicator lights behind the bezel report the power and battery status.
Tap the switch forward to cycle through three power settings: Wide: 1200 high, 600 medium, 300 low; Red: 226 high, 113 medium, 57 low.
With the Sola Photo 1200 you can tap back for three power settings of red light - great for focusing without scaring critters up close.
The external charger keeps things simple and fast. Built-in lithium-ion battery is charged through external wet connection charge ports, with gold plated receivers for years of use. You never need to remove the battery and charging is easy and fast on beach or boat.
